Poverty has done more harm across the globe and the most affected are children. Children's growth, learning process, and development have often been time damaged by poverty hindering them from reaching their full potential.

The compassion international child development model addresses the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual needs of these children.

Compassion International is a child development ministry, a non-profit organization that works to protect the world's poorest children. 

Compassion International was established in 1952 when Rev. Everett Swanson flew to South Korea to attend to American troops who were fighting the Korean War. While there he felt the need to help the orphans he came across on the streets.
